The short version
Zainera is a search engine for fashion, not a shop. We show you what retailers are selling and send you to them to buy it. Anything to do with your order — payment, delivery, returns, refunds — is between you and that retailer. We do our best to keep prices accurate, but the retailer's own price is always the one that counts.
1. Who these terms are with

2. What the service is
Zainera indexes product catalogues supplied by retailers and makes them searchable and comparable in one place. We provide search, filtering, price history, saved items, price alerts and editorial content.
3. What the service is not
We are not a retailer. We do not hold stock, process orders, take payment, ship anything or handle returns. When you follow a link and buy, your contract is entirely with that retailer, on their terms.
It follows that we cannot help with a missing delivery, a refund, a faulty item or an order query. Those must go to the retailer, whose details will be on your order confirmation.
4. Prices, availability and product information
- Product data, prices and stock come from retailers. We re-read them continuously, but a retailer may change a price at any moment.
- A price shown on Zainera is the price we last read. Where ours and the retailer's disagree, the retailer's price is the one that applies.
- Descriptions, images and ratings come from the retailer. We pass them through and do not write or edit them.
- Price history reflects what we observed while indexing. It is offered in good faith as a guide, not as a guarantee of what anything sold for.
5. Affiliate links and how we are paid
Many outbound links are affiliate links: if you buy after following one, the retailer pays us a commission. This costs you nothing and does not change the price you pay.
Commission plays no part in how results are ranked. Where placement has been paid for, it is labelled as paid wherever it appears.
6. Your account
- An account is optional. You need one to save items, set price alerts and keep gift reminders.
- You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for activity under your account.
- Give an email address that is genuinely yours — alerts and resets go to it.
- You may close your account at any time. We may suspend an account that is being used to abuse the service.
7. Acceptable use
Please do not:
- Scrape, crawl or bulk-copy the catalogue, or attempt to rebuild our index elsewhere;
- Interfere with the service, its security, or anyone else's use of it;
- Use automated means to place orders, create accounts or generate alerts;
- Submit anything unlawful, abusive or deliberately misleading through our forms;
- Use our name, logo or content to suggest an endorsement or partnership that does not exist.
8. Intellectual property
The site, its design, its editorial content and the way the catalogue is organised and presented belong to us or our licensors. Product names, images, trade marks and descriptions remain the property of the retailers and brands they belong to.
You may link to us freely and quote short extracts with attribution. Republishing the index, or a substantial part of it, is not permitted.
9. Third-party sites
Following a link takes you to somebody else's website, governed by their terms and their privacy policy. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their prices or how they treat your data.
10. Availability
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, and we may add or remove retailers from the index at any time.
11. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit or opportunity, or for loss arising from your dealings with a retailer — including a purchase made after following a link from here.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above will change, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept the revised version.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW / COUNTRY], and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of [COURTS OF JURISDICTION]. Where you use the site as a consumer, this does not remove protections you have under the law of your own country.
